Our
Philosophy
Illuminate Ventures is built on a simple idea: clarity changes everything. The name comes from the word illuminate - to shed light on something, to make clearer, to free from confusion. That definition captures the heart of what I do across every part of the business. Whether I’m coaching competitors to find their voice and shape messages that actually land or guiding students through a college admissions landscape that can feel overwhelming, the goal is always the same. I help people see what’s possible by shining light on the path in front of them.

With over 20 years of experience in education and competitive speech, I have coached students to state and national recognition, guided high level research projects, and helped young leaders find their voice and their path. My work is focused, strategic, and built around each student’s goals.
Why Parents and Students Choose Us
01
Competitive Experience
I have coached competitive speech at the state and national level and understand what separates good from elite. Students learn strategy, structure, and how to think under pressure.
02
Individualized Strategy
Every student has different strengths. Some need structure. Some need confidence. Some need sharper analysis. We build a plan around the student, not the other way around.
03
Educator Designed
With years of experience teaching research based courses, we help students go beyond surface level arguments. They learn how to analyze evidence, anticipate counterarguments, and speak with authority.
04
Honest Feedback
Growth requires clarity. Students receive direct, constructive feedback and clear benchmarks so they always know what they are working toward
